How could I not rate this place 5 stars! Just the fact that I came in 15 minutes to their close looking like a drowned rat from a torrential August downpour and they still let me try their Tsukemen? I ordered the vegan Tsukemen and devoured those Al dente ramen noodles in the savory broth. The tofu was also seasoned well. I also got an order of nori fries but these I'd say are skippable for sure. The spicy sauce did add a little more to my Tsukemen experience but it is not at all spicy on my level. Just kind of adds a little chili flavor perhaps. The only disclaimer I have: This is a quaint little eatery in LES which does suffer the effect of being in these old buildings. The restroom is down a spiral staircase and it's super hot down there at least in the summertime. The waitress also gave me an umbrella to help my commute back and that is amazing service!

The best Tsukemen! The texture of a noodle, and the flavorful ness of dipping sauce and condiments are a perfect match. And as in wine tasting, the after-taste leaves you wanting more of it. It is perfect!!

Came on a Sunday afternoon and the wait was a little short. I stood outside for about 25 mins before being kindly seated inside a quaint ramen shop. Of course, I came for their cold tsukemen with dipping broth, which didn't disappoint. Their noodles were thick, fresh, and chewy. The dipping broth was packed with flavors and I suggest "dipping" the noodles into it instead of pouring it into the bowl because the sodium can be overpowering. I realized that I was rich and added ajitama and chicken to my bill because I wanted to experience the whole thing so you don't have to. Pork as the protein was the better choice and proceed with spending extra for that ajitama. I recommend this place and will go back to this tsukemen and their new udon shop soon!

The tsukemen had a really nice seafoody taste. Broth was like heavy gravy but not overwhelmingly so. The meat was solid but not something really super remarkable. Their regular was amazing. Great broth.
